By accessing and using the LimudJai website (limudjai.com) and/or purchasing any of our courses or educational services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"LimudJai" refers to the website limudjai.com and all educational services offered by Morah Denise Blumenfeld. "User" refers to any person who accesses the website or purchases courses. "Content" refers to all educational materials, videos, texts, images, audios and documents available on the platform. "Hotmart" refers to the third-party platform used to process payments and deliver course access.

2. Course Purchase and Access

By purchasing a course on LimudJai, you accept the following conditions:

• All payments are processed through Hotmart. Prices are expressed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
• Once the purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to the course content through the Hotmart platform. Access is lifetime as long as the platform remains operational.
• Course access is personal and non-transferable. Each purchase grants a license to a single user. Sharing access credentials constitutes a violation of these terms.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

• You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no justification required.
• Refunds are processed through Hotmart and may take 5 to 15 business days to reflect depending on your payment method.
• After the 7-day period, refunds will not be granted except in exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• In case of refund, course access will be revoked immediately and any downloaded material must be deleted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on LimudJai, including but not limited to videos, texts, presentations, audios, images, logos, site design and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of LimudJai and Morah Denise Blumenfeld, protected by international copyright laws.

It is strictly prohibited to: reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works, sell or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization. Recording live classes or platform content is expressly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in immediate access cancellation without right to refund and possible legal action.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you commit to:

• Maintaining respectful behavior in all interactions with the teacher, team and other students in classes, groups and communities.
• Not using educational content to create, promote or disseminate content that contradicts the values of Judaism or is offensive, discriminatory or defamatory.
• Not attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas of the site, interfering with system security or performing activities that could damage the platform.

6. Service Availability

LimudJai strives to keep the site and courses continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

LimudJai provides educational content for informational and personal development purposes:

• Wellness and spiritual counseling courses do not replace professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
• LimudJai is not responsible for personal, spiritual or health decisions made based on course content.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the course in question.

8. Modifications

LimudJai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with the corresponding update date.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international consumer protection and e-commerce laws. Any dispute will preferably be resolved through amicable mediation.
